Te explicamos a continuaci\u00f3n estos t\u00e9rminos de una manera muy sencilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00e1rmacos agonistas y f\u00e1rmacos antagonistas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00e1rmaco agonista<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un f\u00e1rmaco es agonista cuando <strong>tiene afinidad por el receptor<\/strong> y <strong>posee eficacia<\/strong> en su acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salusone.app\/explora\/guiafarmacos\"> <span class=\"boton\">Gu\u00eda de Administraci\u00f3n de F\u00e1rmacos por V\u00eda Parenteral<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Los efectos inducidos por estos f\u00e1rmacos reproducen las respuestas fisiol\u00f3gicas mediadas por el receptor. La intensidad del efecto farmacol\u00f3gico producido por un agonista define el grado de eficacia del f\u00e1rmaco.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>potencia del f\u00e1rmaco<\/strong> es la cantidad de f\u00e1rmaco necesaria para conseguir un efecto determinado y est\u00e1 relacionada con la afinidad del f\u00e1rmaco por su receptor. La mayor\u00eda de los agonistas act\u00faan uni\u00e9ndose al receptor en el mismo sitio que ocupa el agonista end\u00f3geno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00e1rmaco agonista parcial<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un f\u00e1rmaco es agonista parcial cuando <strong>posee afinidad por el receptor<\/strong>, pero tiene <strong>menor eficacia que el agonista<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00e1rmaco antagonista<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un f\u00e1rmaco antagonista presenta <strong>afinidad por el receptor<\/strong>, pero o bien <strong>no desencadena ninguna respuesta o inhibe la acci\u00f3n de los agonistas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen tres tipos de f\u00e1rmacos antagonistas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Antagonista competitivo<\/strong>: Se une al receptor e impide que el agonista desarrolle su efecto.
